Hon. Nonso Smart Okafor is a lawmaker representing Nnewi North Constituency in Anambra State House of Assembly.
He is a first-timer in Anambra State House of Assembly
According to reports, he has the highest number of motions in Anambra State House of Assembly.
He heard about the story of three childless aging widows who were living in terrible conditions in a dilapidated mud house in Okpuno, Nnewichi, Nnewi. These women married to the same husband who is now late and had no children.
After his visit to the dilapidated mud house, he decided to build a modern house ( 3 bedroom bungalow) for the three windows.
