Back in May 2014, the "Skelewu" singer blasted the Immigration Service for making him miss his flight to London because they allegedly demanded for bribe.
He wrote on Instagram: "Missed my flight to London !! Pissed!! F**kin immigration officers always harassing me cus of money!! F**k ni**as!!"
Few days later, the Immigration Service responded to the 21-year-old singer's bribery accusation calling it 'a lie' and saying 'he's very rude'. According to them, the ONLY reason Davido missed his flight was simply because he didn't have valid travel documents.
Well, two months after then, Davido is seen shaking hands and smiling with the same Deputy Comptroller of Nigerian Immigration Service on his Instagram. The "Aye" hit-maker posted a photo on his page Thursday Aug. 28 [indirectly] announcing that the beef is 'squashed'.
He wrote: "God bless the Nigerian Immigration Service!! Big ups to the Deputy Comptroller of Immigration Mr. Ajifase J.O!! Hooked me up with a brand new Nigerian passport! Ready for movement!!
Going by the post, Davido just said, "I guess my documents are now valid!"
Davido been no know say person no dey fight government. Na now him brain just open. I thank God for am sha if not, them for use am dey play anytime him wan travel.
According to the singer, he never wanted to stay long in the secular music because of his role in the Living Gospel Mission choir while growing, but that people made him change to who he is today.
Timaya narrated that he actually started with music about God before singing about envies, which many lambasted him for. The singer said he then decided to do something new, which was why he took off his dreadlocks.
He further revealed that what people don't know that he never for once left God, adding that he sang the 'Ukwu' song to make a living for himself. Timaya disclosed that he still goes back to pray for forgiveness.

They produced a DVD on it and used it to demand a N10million ransom from the man. They also posted the video on Facebook on Aug 13th and 23rd after the man refused to pay up.
The suspects pleaded not guilty to the charges and were granted N100,000 bail each with two sureties of like sum. They were moved to the Kirikiri prison pending the time they meet their bail conditions while the case was adjourned till September 19th.

Anita Odegwa Oyakhilome, has entered the final phase, TheCable can report. The wife is seeking divorce on the grounds of "unreasonable behaviour" and "adultery". She outlined several allegations against the pastor which TheCable cannot publish for legal reasons.
The divorce case, with Suit No FD14D01650, was filed on April 9, 2014 at Divorce Section A, Central Family Court, First Avenue House, High Holborn, London, UK, on Anita's behalf by Attwaters Jameson Hill Solicitors, a full-service law firm with expertise in commercial law and a strong consumer focus in family, wills and estate, personal injury law and medical negligence.
Efforts to reconcile the popular couple, whose church is one of the biggest denominations in Nigeria and has branches all over world, have failed. They have two teenage daughters, Sharon and Charlyn. Oyakhilome is the president of Believers' Love World Inc, the registered name of the Christian ministry, while his wife is the vice-president.
The pastor, according to an elder of the church, has denied allegations of adultery and believes his wife is being influenced by "bad friends" who are intent on destroying their home. While Anita believes she has been relegated in the scheme of things in the church, her husband has reportedly accused her of trying to usurp power and authority above her seniors in the ministry.
Sources told TheCable that the pastor had been making efforts to avoid divorce in the hope that the wife would eventually have a change of mind. However, TheCable can also report that the decree nissi was served on the charismatic pastor in his hotel room during a recent visit to the UK. Decree nissi, in legal terms, is like a yellow card in a football match which is a precursor to a red card ("decree absolute") if no new evidence is provided to stall proceedings. Church insiders said Oyakhilome had been hoping for rapprochement, but he was left with no option than to receive the papers when the lawyers cornered him at his hotel in London. The decree absolute, which will effectively end the marriage, is expected to be issued soon while terms of the divorce will be worked out by the lawyers on both sides.
Hmmm, wetin dey happen o. So now, christains don dey divorce and to talk, a whole big man of God. No be my mouth una go hear say chicken grow bear-bear.

"oh yes, I remember when I came to Lagos, I was in a relationship back in Warri, and at that time she gave me the option of coming back to Warri to get married to her because she wasn't comfortable with the distance or I should face my career and forget about her. 'So I thought about it, and I begged her to be patient because I had no money, but she said she couldn't wait because she has other interested guys on her case and her parents wanted her to get married quickly too. So I wished her luck and kept on hustling with my career in Lagos. 'Just yesterday, the same girl called me asking for asking for a date, apparently she's still not married'....

Babalola Felix fell into the Lagoon as he was running to avoid being arrested by the NSCDC officials. The incident happened last week Monday afternoon. This occured when the NSCDC men had invaded the area to rid it of hoodlums.Confusion had resulted as people in the area fled in different directions on sighting the security operatives. Babalola, who was also running, fell into the water after he slipped.
According to Punch,Eyewitnesses said efforts to rescue him were resisted by the NSCDC officials, who threatened to kill anyone who ventured near the scene. The victim was said to have drowned after one of the officials pointed a gun at him to prevent him from coming out.
When our correspondent visited the area on Wednesday, he saw an eyewitness, who said she did not make statements at the police station because she feared she would be detained.Despite entreaties by relatives of the deceased to make her change her stance, she declined, saying the police were arresting people who witnessed the incident. But she agreed to speak with our correspondent on the condition of anonymity. She said,
"I sell herbs and on that day, I was around and saw everything.Around 1pm, NSCDC men drove into this place. The brother (Babalola) ran like others through a side of the bridge, but he slipped and fell into the Lagoon.Iya Peter (a trader in the area) started shouting, 'this person no sabi swim o, make una come help am o' (this man cannot swim, please help him). One of the officials replied, 'e no sabi swim, na hin e enter water, if he wan die, make hin die there' (he cannot swim yet he jumped into the water, if he wants to die, let him die). The brother begged them to rescue him, but they mocked and left him.A dumb man working with LAWMA, also wanted to help him, but they beat him up.The brother made attempt to come out, but one of the NSCDC officials went to the place and pointed a gun at him that if he came out of the water, he would shoot and kill him."
Punch spoke with the dumb man who attempted saving the victim.Although he could not verbalise his expression, he gesticulated to our correspondent how he was manhandled when he appealed to the NSCDC men to allow him save the victim.
Our correspondent learnt that Babalola's remains floated on the water two days after the incident.
It was also gathered that policemen from the Zone 2 Police Headquarters, Onikan, arrested the NSCDC officials, but later released them. The official who led the three-man team was identified as Inspector Oladele Orijah.
The younger sister of the deceased, Ajoke, said she had sold recharge cards under the bridge before she gained admission into the Kwara State College of Health Technology.
"I was contacted on the telephone by some traders around the place who said I should come down. They did not want to break the news to me initially until I pressed them to talk.
The NSCDC men prevented my brother from getting help. It was a tragedy that could have been avoided."
The deceased's aged mother passed out after hearing that her son was dead. She was said to be in a hospital in the state. Our correspondent learnt that Babalola had planned to foot his mother's eye surgery before his life was cut short.
The victim's widow, Oluwaremilekun, said,
"My husband suffered till death. He struggled to send himself to school. He finished and couldn't secure a job. His uncle assisted him with funds to start the recharge cards business. But they have killed him.I am now a widow. He is irreplaceable. He married me properly; did court wedding, traditional wedding and church wedding. What will happen now? I am a widow for life."
Lagos-based human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, told our correspondent in his Ikeja office that justice must be given to the Felix family.
, "This is a case that should not be handled carelessly. The system reduced a graduate of the University of Lagos to a vendor selling recharge cards in town.
"In an attempt to chase him from the street, he was chased into the Lagoon by a law enforcement officer who was supposed to protect his life.
"To allow him to get drowned is worse. Those who tried to save him were scared away by the same official. It is a tragedy that should attract severe punishment under the law.
"We have taken over the matter and we will sue the appropriate agencies of government to make sure the family is compensated. He has left a wife and two kids. We will not allow them to become beggars on the street of Lagos. We will invoke the criminal jurisdiction of the state to get the officer fished out with a view to getting him to face the full wrath of the law."
Hm, see wetin unemployment cause don cause eh. So na so graduate endhim life.

The Argentina international sealed a British-record £57.9 million transfer to Old Trafford on Tuesday, shortly before the Red Devils were thumped 4-0 in the League Cup by third-tier MK Dons.
Van Gaal is excited about deploying his new man all across midfield but urges patience from fans expecting big things from their marquee signing.
The Dutchman told Sky Sports after the match: "[Di Maria] shall contribute very much in our way of playing. He is also a creative player. I can change the system with Di Maria because he can also play on the wing and in midfield.
"I think that he can contribute and that's very important but we don't have to expect that from tomorrow. He has to adapt to the culture of England and the Premier League and to the philosophy of Manchester United."
The Argentine winger, who will wear the Red Devils' famous No.7 shirt, recorded the biggest goal haul of his career last season with 11 strikes in all competitions for Madrid.
So after Man U don loss like 15 matches na him Di maria time go reach. Abeg, Di Maria must perform, £56 million nobe joke or him go return change to Man U.

"I acted a movie , Anchor Baby, the director (Lonzo Nzekwe) of the movie granted an interview and said Omoni Oboli is the best actress in Nigeria. Some bloggers lashed on it and said Omoni Oboli is better than Genevieve and Omotola."
"The next thing was that people started writing about a supposed 'beef 'with her. I cannot get the reason they didn't write about beef with Omotola. In my opinion, someone somewhere was just being mischievous. I have absolutely no problem with her, and I believe she has no problem with me."

Junior's elder brother, Chibuzor ran into the room as soon as he heard him scream for help. As soon as he got into the room to discover that his brother was lying on the floor, he looked for a stick so he could remove the earpiece from Junior's ears.
The Sun reports that when Chibuzor could not remove the earpiece from his brother's ears, he alerted the neighbours who immediately moved into action to rescue him. The mobile phone was eventually disconnected from the power socket, while Junior was quickly taken to the hospital within the area. Unfortunately, he died just before the rescue team could get to the hospital premises.
Recounting how the incident happened to the Sun, mother of the teenager, Mama Chibuzor who could not hold back tears from her eyes said:
"Junior had assisted me in cooking some rice for sale in my stand at Okesa market before I left home. But it was hardly two hours after I left that someone came running to me that Junior had been electrocuted. I immediately rushed to the scene and met people making frantic efforts to rescue him.
"We eventually removed the earpiece from his ears, unplugged the handset from the power socket and rushed him to the hospital. But he died just as we were about stepping into the hospital.
"I was told that Junior plucked the handset, which he also connected to the earpiece, into the power socket so as to charge the phone. He was also using the earpiece connected to the phone to listen to some music on the phone.
"Some people said he slept off while listening to the music on the phone and charging the phone at the same time. They said it was while doing that he suddenly shouted for help, and when people rushed to him, he was already gasping for air."
She however, said that her son would not have died if he got help on time:
"If there had been elderly people around, apart from his elder brother who wasn't clever enough to devise a better means of saving Junior, my son might have survived the electrocution."
When asked if it was a usual thing for his late son to listen to music on his mobile phone while charging it, Mama Chibuzor said:
"I only know that he was an obedient boy who didn't get into trouble with anyone. He was also very dutiful; he never got tired of running errands in the house at anytime. Only God understands why this happened to him," she said.
We hear say them don bury the boy and them comot all the boy things wey dey the house make them for no dey too remember am.

Read The Sect Leader Abubakar Shekau's comments translated from Hausa.
"We are grateful to Allah for the big victory he granted our members in Gwoza and made the town part of our Islamic Caliphate. Oh you people, here I am Abubakar Shekau, still standing on my feet. I am still the he leader of Jama'atu Ahlissunnah Lid Da'awati wal Jihad, that county called Nigeria; a name we don't believe; but forced to address as such because it has not better name.
For us there is nothing like Nigeria but Islamic Caliphate; because God the creator of the world and the earth we are all standing is the sole owner of the earth and no one else. So we have no option but obey the owner of the sky that is above us, even as He is the owner of the earth. We Muslims obey our Creator.
Oh people of the world, Allah has granted us victory in the town of Gwoza, not because of our might but because we are committed to do His work. Oh people, I chose to deliver this message in order to refute the lies being spread by the government, about the operations we had in recent times.
"We warn the Vigilante, called Civilian JTF to back out; if not there will be no place for them to hide. We have evidences of how you killed some of our brethren whom you would ask if they are Boko Haram before you killed them; we knew how you humiliated them by asking them if they had ever carried guns or killed someone…we knew everything about the evil you committed against our brethren.
"We still have the magnanimity of asking you to repent; because you will never succeed in this way by the grace of Allah; and I swear by Allah that we will never stop killing you, because Allah commanded us to kill people like you. If we pity you and spare you, one day you will become infidels; so to us having pity on you is an act of disbelief. You can continue to run or hide your identities in women's attire, but we will get to you and remove the women clothing off you then while you are shouting for mercy we will strike, smash your heads and kill you all.
Even if you don't do anything to us we will kill you…We would do it even to avenge our brethren. You killed our brethren in large numbers." We don't joke with religion (quoting from the Koran). There is no hypocrisy in this religion. It is only the truth." Therefore, woe on to you, vigilante. Woe on to you. It is Allah that torments you and even tomorrow Allah will torment you. By Allah you will never achieve your aim. I swear by Allah.
To the Americans…who is America in the sight of Allah? Who is America in the sight of Allah? Who is Israel in the sight of Allah? Who is France in the sight of Allah? It is only when we don't have firm belief. We don't fear you at all. "We were the ones who carried out all these attacks. Not just Gwoza, all the attacks you see in Borno (state) or any country we are the ones carrying them out. This is the life for us; it is our world and we are living it out. How can one fear these American people? If one is indeed a believer, he needs not to. How can one fear these people (America) if one is indeed a believer. This is the speech I have to make; which is a warning for worse things to come. Better submit to Allah before it becomes too late".
Well, on sundAy evening, Nigerian military talk say Mr. Shekau's claim is "empty".
I pray so too.

If you show them these pics, na laugh go burst their belle.
Usman earns just N20,000 monthly but that did not tempt him to keep the money. He said:
"I have been with State, for the past 15 years and I am currently their Reception Manager. What actually happened was that on that fateful day that I found the money, I was on my way from reception to see one of the house-keepers. I passed through the hotel garden where some of our guests usually relax.
As I was going, I saw an iPad lying close to one of the flowers in the garden and there was nobody there. So I went and took the iPad so that I could take it to the reception and wait for the owner who may come for it later.
When I looked at it closely, I saw some foreign currency and some wad of naira notes in the iPad jacket. I quickly took it to the management and I was asked to keep the money and the iPad in my safe at the reception. I did not count the money myself,"
"Three days later, a staff of Jigawa College of Health Technology, Jahun, who came to book the hotel for their guests called me and said that one of the guests, who was lodged in the hotel had called to say that he misplaced his iPad containing some money, but can't remember whether it was in the hotel he forgot it or not. I told them that it was in the hotel and I found it,"
The reception manager said the people from Jahun were so happy and full of thanks when they came to claim the money.
"When the owner of the money found out that his money has been found, he was very happy. They thanked me and the management of the hotel. The Jigawa College of Health Technology wrote a commendation letter to me.
It was there they stated that the money was over $100,000 because the jacket also had local currency in it. My management also gave me a commendation letter. Governor Sule Lamido was informed and he showered a lot of praises on me.
He was very proud of me,"
"As you can see I am not financially comfortable but that is not the point. What is not yours is not yours. There are three reasons why I will never take somebody's property. One, stealing is against the teaching of Islam and I was strictly brought up according to Islamic teaching.
Secondly, my father has always warned me never to tamper with what is not mine because it can bring destruction in my life and thirdly, it is the tradition of our hotel not to hide whatever item we found. Even if it is not me that found the iPad and the money, whoever found it will have returned it. We have a store in the hotel for forgotten items.
Some items have been there for 10 years. I don't see what I did as a big deal. I am just doing my duty,"
"I don't believe that running away with somebody's money will make me wealthy. Wealth belongs to Allah and if Allah destined me to be wealthy it will come to pass. My wife is so proud of me that her respect for me has doubled,"
Usman admonished the youth to preserve their integrity and to realize that a good name is better than wealth.
When I hear these story, my ear begin dey dance. So people like these still dey these world o.
But wait o, if na u, u go return am?
My guy talk say that kind thing na super miracle if na him see am.
The 24-year-old was struck by a projectile, thrown by fans in the stands, as he and fellow teammates returned to their changing room. His team, JS Kabylie, had just lost their game against USM Alger in Tizi Ouzou 2-1. The lone goal for JS Kabylie was scored by late Albert Ebossé. Albert was rushed to
the hospital but he lost his life.
Ebosse played for Coton Sport FC, Unisport Bafang and Douala AC in his homeland before moving to Malaysian club Perak FA in 2012. He signed for JS Kabylie in July 2013 and was best scorer in the 2013-2014 championship.
Reports say he recently welcomed a baby. However, the Algerian interior ministry has ordered an investigation to search for the culprit.
So even for inside Africa, some people still dey do racism. Wetin the poor boy do them abi na crime to be blackman. May God grant the family the heart to bear the loss.
LeadershipNg reports that the soldier, who was in mufti, had boarded the mini- bus at Mile 2 and was going to Agbara area of Ogun State before the incident occurred. An argument which degenerated into a fight began when the soldier who allegedly gave the conductor N500 demanded for her change and the conductor said he had given her the money.
Although some passengers in the vehicle supported the woman, asserting that the conductor did not give her any change, all efforts made by the passengers to make the conductor do so proved abortive.
One of the passengers, Ikechukwu Obi told LEADERSHIP Weekend that the woman even identified herself as a soldier but the stubborn conductor did not want to listen.
Obi said when the woman became angry and ordered the driver to park, they knew that trouble was brewing. He said the woman grabbed the conductor by his collar and the conductor threatened to beat her. He said his utterances angered the soldier who dragged him down from the vehicle and gave him the beating of his life.
Lol, lagos conductors always believe say na them get power reach. Now him don see wetin pass am. Well, if I be the conductor, as the beating don heavy, I for beg or even run.
The scan was done and a doctor told us that she is about 7 months pregnant. He thinks there there could be a problem with the legs of the child, but he wasn't sure. We took the little girl to Amecet, gave her food and one of the staff has spend some time
with her this afternoon. To see if she knows what's going on.
She is really a child and is even happy that she gets a baby. It will be a big problem, she is too small for a natural birth, it probably should be a caesarian. She played Memory with the other children and I could cry, to see her sitting there with that big belly, this will be really a child with a child. And while she should be able to play and have fun, she is getting a baby.
Some things I just can not understand, they make me angry! Amecet n'ainapakin (Shelter of Peace) is a ministry of Youth With A Mission (YWAM)in Soroti, Uganda. We are reaching out to HIV infected and affected children. We also are caring for new born babies, who lost their mother after the delivery. The third group of children we help, are children who need a safe place, they mostly come via the police.
Some men be real perverts. Wetin man wan gain for 12 year old girl body. These matter don pass physical o.

May his gentle soul rest in peace. But cancer na very bad disease. After all the money, him still die.
You didn't say what was wrong with you that you had to be hospitalised?
But you already know. We thank the Lord. The most important thing is that I am alive and better. I appreciate life more. But this one you are asking, e no reach make I sick? After my husband left after our wedding, was it not enough reason for me to be sick? Ah! The Lord is our strength.
Were you shocked with the kind of publicity it generated?
I was shocked! People called me from all parts of the world including China. Some people cried while some people felt happy. Some guys said they were happy my marriage ended. Some said they were not happy that I even married the guy. Some said I looked older than him. Some said my marriage shouldn't have ended just like that. People talked and talked. But the only time you know your marriage is successful is when you live with your partner and God calls one of you home. Marriage of 30 years can still break up. It is a bad thing for a marriage to breakup. So you can imagine the unhappiness the parties involved would be going through. Nobody is happy when his/her marriage ends. Some people see me outside and ask, 'your marriage has ended, how do you feel?' I will answer them that I am jumping up or how else do they expect me to feel? Nonsense! A comedian once said that 'complete' and 'finish' appear to have the same meaning but they are not
the same. If you marry the right person, you are complete but if you marry the wrong person, you are finished.
Were you in love with him in the first place?
I got married to somebody who I was in love with. At that time, he also said he loved me. Unfortunately, the marriage ended too soon.
It was due to irreconcilable differences. It is not a thing of joy. I don't think we should celebrate sadness and bad news. We should be more sensitive. No marriage should end but peradventure it does, don't make a mockery of that person. You are not even mocking the person, you are mocking God.
Are you giving it another shot?
No! Me ke? Let us struggle first and make some money. In any case, I think I should marry a Chinese or an Indian. If many people agree that I should marry a Chinese, then I will go ahead. But a Japanese might be better. Japanese products are strong and reliable.
Is your ex-husband still your friend?
I don't think you should call him my 'ex-husband' because we were together for less than one month. An ex- husband is somebody you marry and after three years or more, you separate. Anyway, I don't know where he is. We have moved on.
Wasn't the break-up your fault?
No. it wasn't my fault. I can't really say it was his fault too. It was just irreconcilable differences. We met and we were in love and we quickly got married. Maybe we got married too quickly but I have seen people who got married a month after they met and the marriage lasted. Our own didn't work out. There is no need to apportion blame.
Well, I dey pity for am. And with her size, 2 get man fit hard for am. But the marriage still dey shock, just after one month, the thing still dey suprise me o.

The DSS warned in a statement released by spokesperson,Mary Ogar, that Nigerians should be on the lookout as 13 reverend sisters regalia were stolen. It reads
On 20 August 2014, about 4:00 a.m., some yet to be identified persons broke into a tailoring shop located at No. 55 Odutola Street, Sabon Gari, Kano, and stole about thirteen (13) pieces of Reverend Sisters' regalia of the Catholic Church. With the recent trend in female suicide bombings in the country, the removal of these regalia may be the handiwork of terrorists' elements that may want to perpetrate acts of terror using such garments.
Consequently, this Service has taken necessary pre-emptive measures to thwart the exploitation of distinct religious wears for terrorist purposes. We also wish to draw public attention to this development and call on all citizens to be more circumspect and exercise greater vigilance with users of such peculiar attires.
Hmmm, so how wwe go take know who be sister and susicide bomber eh. Well, if u see sister wey fat anyhow, watch well o cos e fit be bomb wey make am big.
